Project Context

The IST department needed a cleaner, more understandable schedule-building interface for the NJIT student population. I redesigned key UI components, rewrote site copy for clarity, and helped validate decisions with structured A/B testing.

Problem

Students consistently struggled to interpret their weekly schedules due to unclear labeling, inconsistent copy, and a visually dense UI.

How might we create a clear, intuitive scheduling experience that helps students understand course options at a glance and better utilize filtering features?
